Ulster County Community Action Committee, Inc. has been serving both Ulster & Sullivan Counties for over 56 years, through Head Start and Early Head Start Programs, Outreach Services (including home and utility assistance, food, and clothing), and our Home Energy Improvement Programs - Weatherization and EmPower Services.
