Resilience Film Screening & Community Conversation In-Person
Join us, as we screen the film, 'Resilience The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope'. The film provides a deeper understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's) and dives into cutting-edge research on toxic stress. It also sheds light on the impacts that toxic stress has on brain development and depicts the correlation of everything from heart disease and cancer to substance abuse and depression.
Arina Soler from Sullivan 180 will facilitate our post-film discussion. Arina holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Public Health.
A community conversation and light refreshments will follow the film screening.
