Kristen White, known as ‘The Chicken Librarian, gives a virtual Hand Pie Demonstration.

Baking does not have to be complicated. Kristin White, from Chicken Librarian, will show you easy steps to create a very yummy dessert using ingredients that you can find in your pantry and from your local farm market or nearest grocery store. By using a premade crust, the hard part is already done for you AND in under an hour you'll have a dessert that you made and that tastes so, so good. Kristin is a (former) librarian and raises chickens. She needed a name for her blog and came up with Chicken Librarian. Then when she started her business a few years ago, she decided to stick with Chicken Librarian.
