Voter Rights Forum (#2 of 2) Offered by the Library in Collaboration with the Sullivan County Chapter of the NAACP In-Person / Online

Brandon Holmes & Barbara Schmitt will cover the redistricting process in NYS, how to register to vote and check your voter registration status, voting rights abuses,  handling challenged or provisional ballot scenarios, obtaining an absentee ballot, the early voting process, and serving as a poll watcher or an election inspector.

Mr. Holmes is the Hudson Valley Regional Director at the New York Civil Liberties Union. He is also the former New York Campaigns Coordinator at JLUSA where he managed the #CLOSErikers campaign.

Barb Schmitt is the owner of Diversified Corporate Services, specializing in telecommunications solutions, broadband and renewable energy,  such as community solar. She is also a dedicated activist who volunteers with Planned Parenthood, Dispute Resolution Center and for political integrity & equality.

This program will be offered in person & virtually.
You must register for virtual attendance by 5:30pm that day.
