Hula Hooping Fun - Raindate Change to Thursday! In-Person
Taking place on Thursday, September 1st instead given the forecast for Tuesday.
This 2nd hula hooping session this summer is for adults. Come one, come all and try it for the first time or after a long hiatus from hula hooping as a child. You're never too old to give it a try!
About instructor Heather Davies:
Heather has been practicing hoop dance for fourteen years and teaching children and adults to hoop for eight years. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Practitioner, and offers several creative movement programs designed to empower all bodies across the Hudson Valley. She loves to communicate and connect and enjoys creating space for folks of all ages to try new things and authentically express themselves.
