Cimarron City, A Theme Park

Cimarron City, A Theme Park In-Person / Online

The Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library presents a hybrid program by Myron Gittell, a Sullivan County Historical Society volunteer.

A Wild West Town came to Monticello around 1960 complete with a bank, train and stagecoach robberies, a saloon, paddle wheel river boat, an animal farm, Indian village and alligator wrestling. If you went there or worked there or just want to learn more about this amazing attraction, attend this interesting program on the history of Cimarron City.  Bring your memories and memorabilia or share them in advance with Myron at (845) 428-3111.

This program will be held In-Person in the Robert D. Norris Community Room & Online via ZOOM and YouTube Live. Registration is required.

Masking and social distancing are strongly recommended.
